Traits Questionnaire

This test showed me that classmates and friends who saw me in a work-related capacity as well, rated me quite high for many of the traits. This was a great indicator that I already exhibit many qualities that make for great leadership. I would say the trait that I was surprised to see rated highly, is the self-assured trait. I sometimes struggle with seeing myself as secure and free of doubt - due to my tendency to overthink and second guess myself when I meet new people, or making decisions that can affect others. However, I always aim to improve upon this, as I know confidence can improve whilst positively affecting others.
