The presentation is designed entirely by me as it is a key skill of mine!

• Initial Team Setup: I made an effort to get to know each team member and understand their personalities, ensuring the first meeting was relaxed and welcoming to encourage idea sharing. I also set up a shared Google Sheet for meeting notes and communication.

• Addressing Challenges: I observed a team member who occasionally made negative comments but ensured they still felt included. I adjusted your approach in group chats to give quieter members space. I later reflected that I should have addressed this privately and sooner.

• Presentation Leadership: I led the group in developing and presenting a marketing campaign. I felt proud of how the team came together under pressure for the final presentation. I also accommodated a team member who struggled with presenting by doing extra preparation with them, helping them to flourish.

• Leadership Style: I adopted a collaborative and supportive leadership style, creating an environment where people felt confident and valued. I delegated parts of the presentation to each member to ensure equal speaking time, allowing individuals to shine within the group. I also engaged in conversations not centered on work to help the team mesh well.

• Adaptability: When the dissertation stressed my team, I recognised I had capacity and took on more of the work for the PowerPoint to ensure a great presentation
